The process is simple and straightforward. Start by downloading the LaundryConnect™ app from the Apple or Android app store, register with a valid debit or credit card, and start the machine by scanning the QR code. This enables mobile pay on all your Automatic Laundry equipment.
Residents can easily access their funds through their smart phones at any time or place without having to physically use coins, cash, or swipe a card. Residents love how this makes visiting the laundry room a quick, in-and-out experience.
LaundryConnect™ also features remote viewing, where residents can check out the laundry room remotely to check for available machines. A Service Alert feature allows residents to report possible problems quickly and easily, saving them stress and you time.
Because LaundryConnect™ relies on digital technology, laundry costs can be easily adjusted by a few cents at a time, meaning price increases are no longer tied to coin amounts.
