Blue Card: Add Value with Credit Card at Kiosk:

• Fully insert your laundry card into the reader (chip facing upward). Balance will display on screen.
• Select “Add Value”. DO NOT remove laundry card until prompted.
• Select “Credit” to add value to your laundry card using a credit card.
• Select the amount to be added to your laundry card then press Enter.
• Swipe credit card with the mag stripe to the left.
• Card will be dispensed with new value on Laundry Card

All Cards: Add Value or Buy New Cards with check or Money Order:

• Mail Check or Money Order to: Automatic Laundry Service - 45 Border Street - Newton MA 02465 - Attn: Customer Service
• Include your Laundry Card Number – Phone Number – Complete Address

Blue Card: Purchase Online Code to Add Value (Two Step Process)

1. Purchasing a Code:
   
   • Go to our website www.automaticlaundry.com
   • Click on the blue card at bottom of the home page (image shown above).
   • Click on Register and/or Add Value to my laundry card.
   • Select “Register Now”. Complete registration page and then click on “Register”.
   • Go to your email and open the email from Web Master to activate your registration.
   • Enter email and password and click on Login. Click on Purchase a Revalue Code, Select a Frequency, Buy Card Now; continue entering your information and then click on Finish.
   • You will receive your 6-digit value code in RED. Take this value code and your laundry card to the Add Value kiosk.
2. Add Value at Kiosk using 6-Digit Value Code:
   
   • Select “Add Value” to recharge your laundry card.
   • Fully insert your laundry card into the reader.
   • Select “Code” to add value to your laundry card from your purchase online.
   • Select Yes/No for receipt.
   • Enter in the dollar amount you charged online (e.g. enter 1500 for$15.00); then press the Enter key.
   • Key punch in the 6-digit code and then press the Enter key.
   • Card will dispense with the value added to laundry card.

Blue Card: Purchase a New Laundry Card with Credit Card at Kiosk:

• Select “Buy Card” to purchase a new laundry card.
• Select “Credit”.
• Screen will display the cost of a new Laundry Card ($5.00); then press Enter to accept.
• Swipe credit card with mag stripe to the left.
• A new laundry card will be dispensed. The laundry card will have a zero balance.

Blue Card: Purchase a New Laundry Card Online:

• Go to our website www.automaticlaundry.com - Click on the Blue Card at bottom of home page
• Click on Register and or add value to your Laundry Card then Click on Register Now (in Blue)
• Fill out the Registration information (leave laundry card number blank) Review your information and click on Register
• You will receive an email from Webmaster/Revalue my Card – open up link to activate account
• Login into your registration - Click on Purchase a Laundry Card – follow the instructions and you will charge your Credit Card $5.00 for the purchase of a new laundry card (onetime fee)
• Click on finish and you will receive a six digit code (in RED) – Take that code to the Add Value Terminal
• Press “3” to purchase card and enter the 6-digit value code and press the “#” key – you will receive a new laundry card with zero value on it
• Go back into your registration and click on “My Profile” The fourth line down, enter in laundry card number (on back of card – numbers only) scroll down and save information
• Follow the Online Instructions to purchase a revalue code

Blue Card: Purchase a New Laundry Card using Cash at the Kiosk:

• Select Action, Press # 3 to Purchase a Card
• Press # 4 to purchase with cash
• Insert your $5.00 bill only (kiosk does not make change)
• A new laundry card will dispense (this card will have no value on it)
• Insert laundry card back into kiosk to add value onto card (see above instructions)

Maroon Card: Add Value to Your Laundry Card using Credit Card at Kiosk:

• Press Add Credit or Check Balance on the display.
• Place Laundry Card in Holder. Display will show Laundry Card Number and Card Balance.
• Press Add Credit. Choose Amount ($15.00/$20.00/$30.00/$45.00).
• Insert your credit card with chip in Credit Card Reader or swipe your credit card with mag stripe on side of reader.
• Press Yes if you would like a receipt. Money is being added onto Laundry Card.
• Remove Card when prompted by display.

Maroon Card: Purchase Online Code to Add Value (Two Step Process)

1. Purchasing a Code:
   
   • Go to our website www.automaticlaundry.com
   • Click on the maroon card at bottom of the home page.
   • Click on Register and/or Add Value to Laundry Card (orange tab).
   • Select “New Customer/Not Registered” click here.
   • Register your laundry Card by filling out the registration page and then click on Register.
   • Click on “Click here to Add Value to Your Laundry Card” (at top of page in blue).
   • Fill out the entire credit card page to charge your credit card online and then click on Purchase. This will give you a 6-digit value code in BLUE.
   • Take this value code and your laundry card to the Add Value Kiosk.
2. Add Value at Kiosk using 6-Digit Value Code:
   
   • Select “Pinmate” and then insert your laundry card into the reader.
   • Press “Add Value”.
   • Enter in “Pinmate Code” that you received online in BLUE and then press “ADD”.
   • Money is now you your Laundry Card. Press “DONE” to remove your Laundry Card.

Maroon Card: Purchase New Laundry Card with Credit Card at Kiosk:

• Press Buy New Card on display
• Press Yes to Buy New Laundry Card – New Laundry Card Cost $5.00
• Insert your Credit Card with Chip in Credit Card Reader or Swipe your Credit Card with Mag Stripe on side of reader
• A New Card will dispense from Add Value Kiosk

Maroon Card: Purchase a New Laundry Card using CASH at Kiosk:

• Select “Buy New Card” (Laundry Card costs $5.00)
• Press “Yes” to purchase a Laundry Card or Press “No” to exit.
• Insert $5.00 Bill only (machine does not make change).
• A new Laundry Card will dispense.

Maroon Card: Add Value to your Laundry Card with Cash at Kiosk:

• Press “Add Value or Check Value” and insert your laundry card.
• Card Number & Balance will display. Press Add Value to continue.
• When bill acceptor lights up, insert bill ($5.00, $10.00 or $20.00 bills only).
• Value has now been added to your laundry card.
• Press the “Done” button to remove your Laundry Card.

White Card: Add Value to Your Laundry Card using Cash at Kiosk:

• Place Card in Holder (top right corner); your balance will display on screen.
• Insert Bill $5, $10 or $20.
• Do not remove card until the Screen displays “Add to Card Successful”. Then remove your Laundry card from holder.

White Card: Add Value to card using Credit/Debit Card at Kiosk:

• Place your Laundry Card into the Holder (top right corner) your balance will display on screen.
• Insert your Credit Card/Debit Card (chip facing at machine) (no receipt will be printed)
• Select the Credit/Debit amount $15 - $30 – Other and then Press “OK”
• The balance will be added to your laundry card and will display the new balance
• When Screen reads “Add to Card Successful” remove your laundry card from holder

White Card: Add Value using your Credit Card Online to receive a 7 Digit Code:

• Go online www.automaticlaundry.com click on white card. Click on Register and/or Add Value to Laundry Card. Fill out Step 1 Account Registration. Click on Register.
• Sign into your account and click on Laundry Portal at top of page.
• Click on Add Value/Value Code – Follow steps to charge your credit card and receive a 7-digit code. Take your Laundry Card to the Add Value Kiosk at your location.
• Place Laundry Card in holder and your balance will display.
• Press 1 on keypad to bring you to the code menu. Value will automatically transfer to your laundry card. DO NOT remove card from holder until you see your new balance.

White Card: Add Value using your Credit/Debit Card Online & complete the Balance Transfer from Old Laundry Card

• Go online www.automaticlaundry.com click on white card – Click on Register and/or Add Value to Laundry Card – Fill out Step 1 Account Registration – Click on Register
• Sign into your account and click on Laundry Portal at top right corner of page
• Click on Add Value/Value Code – Follow steps to charge your credit card and receive a 7 digit code - Take Laundry Card and Code to Add Value Box at your location
• Place Laundry Card in holder and your balance will display
• Press 1 on keypad to bring you to the Value Code menu
• Value will automatically transfer to your laundry card (You may need to keypunch in the dollar amount and the code number)( Max value on a card is $60.00)
• DO NOT remove card from holder until you see your new balance

White Card: Purchase a New Laundry Card using Cash at Kiosk:

• Press “F3” to purchase a new Laundry Card.
• Insert $5.00 Bill Only (will not make change) into bill acceptor. Laundry Card will dispense.

White Card: Purchase a New Laundry Card using Credit Card at Kiosk:

• Press 1 to Buy a New Laundry Card (A new laundry card cost $5.00 w/zero value on it)
• Place Credit Card in reader and follow the instructions on the display
• Press “OK” (green button) to continue
• Press Credit Card and follow the instructions
• Card will dispense out of add value station

All Cards: Add Value or Buy New Cards with check or Money Order:

• To cancel any transactions press the Cancel Button
