The site’s homepage features improved simple navigation for residents (B2B) and organizations (B2B) alike.  Our goal from the start was to make the new website faster, simpler, and more mobile-friendly.

Since the majority of laundry is done after hours and on weekends, our new homepage design makes it even easier for residents and students to add value, report service, and answer questions about laundry cards or our mobile app without having to talk with a customer service representative.

Our proprietary LaundryConnect™ links the commercial washers and dryers in the laundry room to the internet.  Residents using this state-of-the-art technology can access a “laundry monitoring” web page, which shows the availability of machines in real-time. Users can opt-in for text alerts (or email) when laundry machines become available, or when their laundry cycle is finished. With LaundryConnect™, residents can check out when the laundry room is inactive, which can help them find off-peak times.

With LaundryConnect™, real-time service alerts are sent from the washers and dryers directly to our service team.  We remotely repair and monitor equipment. Often times, we find and repair breakdowns before residents or staff are aware of the machine’s status. The average repair time is 30 minutes.  This remote service technology reduces the amount of time our field technicians need to be on-premises , and helps maintain 100% uptime for machines.

2. Our proprietary mobile payment app LaundryConnect™ Pay makes everyone’s life simple. LaundryConnect™ Pay is a payment app platform that revolutionizes the way residents pay for laundry at the washer or dryer. Residents simply download the app, register payment, and start the machine by scanning the QR code.  It’s that easy.
