The LaundryConnect app is fast and convenient. The payment process is easy and straightforward. Residents can easily load funds anywhere, at any time, with their smartphone and can seamlessly purchase laundry services without having to physically handle coin, cash, or swipe a card. Today’s residents are eager for quick, in-and-out experiences and the laundry connect app can make that happen in your community laundry facility.
With our LaundryConnect™ Pay mobile app, should a resident lose money due to a machine malfunction, they can call our Customer Service team to receive an immediate refund on their balance. Residents no longer have to wait for a check in the mail or experience the frustration of losing money.
When using LaundryConnect™ Pay, residents no longer have to assume the security risks associated with carrying coins and cash or worry about whether they have enough money to do laundry. LaundryConnect™ Pay is a secure way to pay. Credit card information is not stored on smartphones directly but in the cloud. So if your smartphone is lost or stolen, your credit card information is inaccessible from the device.
LaundryConnect™ gives residents the ability to remotely view (real-time) availability in the community laundry room.
